I think this has to be one of my best figures ^-^ It turned out alot better than the first one did, it's a bit small but soooooo much better ^^
For one the black tail lines are alot smoother than the first tail. :D

I really want everyones honest opinions, because I believe this may be one if not my best work ever :smooch:

As for the netting, it's very hard to blend the black lines together without disturbing the blue. I'm pleased with what I did do with it though ^-^ I was able to put almost all of it on with just a really long thin piece of black. A few pieces had to be filled in though.
The eyes and antennas were the funnest part to do xD I love make the eyes. :heart: The antennas I actually kind of cheated >_> they were from the old Milli and I glued them on to the new one :ninja:
The black holes are the "only" ;o flaw in the whole thing :aww: When I bent the body different ways it made them squished :<

It turned out really well! :D I don't even have the skills to do the black like it was on the OLD Milotic. XD

As for the black holes, i think they might be gills of some sort, so we'll say that the one hole is closed. :3
